How it works

  1. Register for the event.
  2. Make a donation to one of the charities and get your friends / family / colleagues to contribute too… every pound donated makes a difference
  3. Exercise as much as you like in a single 24 hour period between 5th to 27th September, post you activities on our site (https://caloriechallenge.org/postmycals).
  4. Post on Social Media using #CalorieChallenge.
  5. Encourage friends, family, colleagues, other club members to get involved either donating or taking part.
  6. We’ll publish updates through September with the final update after the 27th.
 
Our events are all about having fun and getting active, but we really want to raise as much as possible for the following causes.
